• Conference room: all the sessions will be held in the Nautilus room located in the basement of the Flamingo hotel.
  • Registration desk: the registration desk will be in the foyer in the basement close to the conference room and will be open on:
    • Monday 28th, 11.00-12.00
    • Tuesday 29th, 07.30-12.00, 14.00-16.00
    • Wednesday 30th, 07.30-12.00, 14.00-16.00
    • Thursday 31st, 07.30-10.00
    • Friday 1st, 07.30-10.00
  • Meals during the conference: other than the welcome reception and the banquet, the registration covers the four lunches from May 29th to June 1st that will be served at the Hotel restaurant.
  • Additionally, the registered participants that are staying at the Flamingo Hotel or at the Mare e Pineta can benefit from the following meals at the Hotel restaurant:
    • Sunday 27th (dinner)
    • Monday 28th (lunch and dinner)
    • Thursday 31st (dinner)
